IR Joins ServiceNow Partner Program for Better Real-Time Insights

By Tracey E. Schelmetic

“The modern world relies on a complex array of technologies to keep turning,” according to Australia-based experience management solutions provider IR.

IR creates solutions designed to simplify that complexity. Its technology can supply insights, monitoring and support to keep business-critical systems running as they should.

The company recently announced that it has joined the ServiceNow Partner Program as a Technology Partner. IR Collaborate will provide integration into ServiceNow, enabling real-time insight across unified communications, contact center and collaboration platform performance, including their associated service components.

ServiceNow’s Technology Partner Program was designed to help companies build, test, certify, and distribute apps and integrations for the company’s Now Platform. Designed for independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators, and other app developers, the global program provides a set of tools and resources, along with sales and marketing benefits to extend partner companies’ market reach and brand.

IR’s Collaborate's ServiceNow integration is expected to streamline service management of telecommunication services for enterprises, government, managed service providers, cloud service providers, and telecommunications providers by providing visibility within their existing IT service management services.

"Collaboration platforms have become a critical part of life, and it's equally critical those platforms are performing optimally,” said Kevin Ryder, Chief Marketing and Product Officer for IR in a statement. “We're excited to be partnering with ServiceNow to help make that happen. In the hybrid workplace, organizations need the best support to deliver the best experiences. Working with ServiceNow will provide customers with the capability and flexibility to deliver the tools they need to succeed, now and into the future."

To learn more about how managed service providers can help companies improve real-time insight into their operations, plan to attend MSPEXPO, part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW series. MSPEXPO has been designed to help service providers understand how they can drive more recurring revenue, increase the valuation of their companies, grow, and protect their networks and deliver better customer service. It will also help companies looking for MSP partners to understand how MSPs can help them grow. The show will take place from February 8-11, 2022, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For more information or to register, visit the show website
