By Stefania Viscusi

Texas-based managed services provider TPx has announced a new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) appointment in a move to strengthen it’s go-to-market strategies and maximize revenue potential.

Patti Key joined the company with over twenty years of experience in sales and organizational development. She was previously the SVP at Keysight Technologies and helped grow the company's Communications Solution Group.

Key holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

She will report directly to CEO Don Joos and work closely with the company’s executive team to develop and drive sound data-driven sales strategies, build and maintain excellent relationships, and improve organizational development.

"As a leading nationwide managed services provider for SMBs and enterprise organizations, Patti's passion for innovation in business and technology will be a critical add as our executive team continues to build market momentum with our growth strategies," said Don Joos, TPx CEO.

TPx delivers managed IT, cybersecurity, connectivity and cloud communications solutions for small-and-medium-sized businesses. The company has 25,000 customers in over 50,000 locations across the U.S. and helps these businesses to address their complex IT environments by designing and deploying connectivity and network solutions that bring peace of mind so the business owners can focus on their business.

The company also announced this week it is expanding its services portfolio with a new Security Advisory Services for SMBs to provide a cost-effective way for these companies to understand their vulnerabilities, identify gaps in their business’s cybersecurity and define a strategy to secure their business.
