CallCabinet Releases Newest VoIP Call Recording Addition

By Mandi Nowitz

CallCabinet announced the release if of its Atmos VoIP Appliance. The announcement was made at ITEXPO in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, held from February 14-16 at the Broward County Convention Center. Inside the Atmos VoIP is the Atmos Call Recording engine, simplifying service deployment to any VoIP (SIP) PBX. The appliance can record approximately 30 calls at the same time with encryption, then moving them to cloud storage.

“The Atmos VoIP Appliance makes it even easier to install and maintain our recording software without having to worry about external hardware, maintenance and support”, stated Ryan Kahan, CEO of CallCabinet.  “The VoIP Appliance is designed to plug-in and go.  Any customer can be up and recording on the Atmos software in a matter of minutes,” Kahan adds.

The appliance delivers encrypted recordings compliance-ready, with the VoIP Appliance created to seize calls on PBXs, buffer, encrypt, and upload calls. The calls go to the Atmos Cloud to be listened to any time at a later date, accessed via a user interface.

The main features of the Atmos VoIP Appliance are:

  • Enhanced interaction recording
  • PCI, MIFID II, HIPAA compliant
  • Securely recorded phone calls
  • Fully redundant and backed up
  • Unlimited growth potential
  • Cloud based HTML5-driven

Atmos software is a Call Recording Software as a Service (SaaS). It’s a scalable call recording solution that allows businesses to record any number of users to remain compliant with standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, CallCabinet has a “pay as you grow” model, allowing businesses to increase usage and capacity as they grow, increasing ROI and constancy.

In 2017, Atmos received the TMC Internet Telephony Product of the Year award and CUSTOMER Magazine Contact Center Technology award.
