LANtelligence Announces Master Solution Provider Channel Program

LANtelligence Announces Master Solution Provider Channel Program

By Paula Bernier

Unified communications solutions provider LANtelligence Inc. has introduced a new channel program to help its partners better address opportunities available due to the rise of the cloud.

The company is referring to the partners this new effort aims to serve as Master Solution Providers. These are entities such as managed service providers’ individual sales agents who want to deliver cloud solutions and get assistance from LANtelligence with solution sales and all aspects of deployment and support.

“The channel evolution driven by the cloud technology advancement has boosted the UCaaS and CCaaS sales volume, accompanied by larger and more complex installations,” said LANtelligence CEO Martin Tracey. “This has left a gap for solutions delivery in the channel for UCaaS and CCaaS sales.

“This large gap in the ability to deliver on the design, sale, deployment, integrations, and support of these solutions has created a requirement for a new category of provider – the Master Solutions Provider,” he added. “Since the early days of this evolution, we, being a solution provider, have advocated for the importance of deployment and support capabilities for the cloud solutions in the channel. And today, we see a growing need of such capabilities and expertise to support partners in the channel.”

More specifically, Tracey said, there’s a strong opportunity for LANtelligence agent and MSP partners in the contact center as a service mid-market sector. This market is especially attractive, he added, because it offers less competition and bigger payouts for LANtelligence channel partners.

LANtelligence is a 20-year old company that got its start as a VoIP solutions reseller. Today, it provides ShoreTel, PureCloud by Genesys, VeloCloud and 8x8 solutions. The company is a ShoreTel Gold Champion Partner, Genesys Gold Partner, 8x8 Official Partner and three-time winner of the ShoreTel Circle of Excellence.

It has more than 400 customers in Canada and the United States. It is based on Encinitas, CA and has an office in Toronto, Ontario.
