Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance Welcomes QUADROtech

By Maurice Nagle

In Risk, the game of global domination, much like business, alliances are a key component to a successful long term campaign. When it comes to the enterprise cloud one of the larger coalitions is the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance, and this week it unveiled its newest member: QUADROtech.

“We are happy to welcome QUADROtech to the Enterprise Cloud Alliance,” said Chris Lwanga, Microsoft's Principal PM Manager. “QUADROtech's expertise and solutions are great additions to what we can offer our Alliance members and enterprise customers.”

QUADROtech has achieved Gold competencies in Intelligent Systems, Messaging, Data Center and Application Development as well as Silver in Small & Midmarket Cloud Solutions, Hosting, Cloud Platforms and Data Platform. The Microsoft managed Partner plans to leverage its partnership to further the development and adoption of its enterprise cloud solutions via Microsoft Azure.

“A strong relationship with Microsoft is strategic to our business,” said Peter Kozak, QUADROtech's CEO, “and joining the Enterprise Cloud Alliance is further evidence of our commitment to help drive Microsoft Azure consumption via high-value IP that enables our shared customers to optimize their operations with the power and global scalability of Microsoft Azure.”

Storage Migrator for Microsoft Azure puts Azure in the storage driver seat, freeing data from EMC Centera storage systems and, in addition, saves the client cost and offers the necessary levels of compliance and security. Another enterprise cloud solution is QUADROtech’s EVnearSync for Microsoft Azure, which provides for a 0-second Recovery Point Objective (RPO) as a result of high availability, real-time replications.
“Our membership in Microsoft's Enterprise Cloud Alliance reflects just how much of our business now comes from cloud deployments, related managed services, and creative use of Microsoft Azure and Azure SQL,” continued Mr. Kozak. “It's not just win-win between us and Microsoft – it's actually win-win-win because together we are helping our customers optimize their operations with the power of cloud computing.”

The cloud is certainly not a zero-sum game; this multi-polar market is expanding presence. Whether it’s greater performance, storage, workflow, etc. that you seek, the cloud is a good place to start your search. Groups like the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance are easing accessibility, adoption and innovation, making room for all on the cloud express.

At least for your cloud campaign to be successful it doesn’t come down to a roll of the dice.
