Bigleaf Launches MSP Reseller Program

Bigleaf Launches MSP Reseller Program

By Rory Lidstone

Bigleaf Networks recently managed an unprecedented partnership with MegaPath, which became the first VoIP and unified communications (UC) company to partner with Bigleaf as part of the Bigleaf Cloud Assurance Partner Program. Now, Bigleaf has managed another first with the launch of a new reseller program for managed service providers (MSPs).

The reseller program enables MSPs to offer a more comprehensive support solution for clients that use Bigleaf services. At launch, the program already has four members, which include Matrix Networks, Convergence Networks, Portland Internetworks and Oregon Phone Systems.

"We want to help our MSP partners deliver greater value and better performance for their customers," stated Jeff Burchett, VP of Sales and Marketing at Bigleaf. "Our reseller program allows our MSP partners to act as a one-stop shop for clients seeking more reliable connectivity for their business critical VoIP and cloud-based applications. We're not just an additional product in our partners' portfolios—ultimately we want to help our partners become service champions in their customers' eyes."

Through Bigleaf’s reseller program, partners have access to the company’s enhanced internet and cloud performance services for offer to new and existing customers.

Bigleaf’s plug and play offering includes intelligent load balancing across multiple internet paths from different ISPs, dynamic quality of service (QoS) capabilities for prioritizing VoIP and other performance-sensitive traffic over commodity internet, and same-IP failover capability to enable uninterrupted traffic sessions like VoIP and virtual desktop while moving between circuits. In addition, partners can provide customers with real-time intelligence on circuit latency, packet loss, jitter and throughput.

"Our goal is to provide customers with connectivity solutions that they can depend on to keep their businesses running smoothly with as little intervention as possible," said Kyle Holmes, sales manager for Matrix Networks. "Bigleaf enables us to provide a level of reliability and ease of use that differentiates us from our competitors and improves our clients' overall satisfaction with our services."
