ConnectWise Integrates with UserCentric Billing Software

By Casey Houser

ConnectWise develops its own business management platform for IT companies. Within its folds, the latest update to software version 2015.5 has now gained a new billing tool by partnering with UserCentric.

UserCentric created its own software to streamline billing processes, and it will now work directly with contact lists inside ConnectWise itself. The billing tool is able to update customer contacts as financial information passes through a business's financial departments. It can handle a number of pricing models and make sure contacts are appropriately updated so businesses know the status of all their clients.

Craig Fulton, the general manager of new product development at ConnectWise, expressed his excitement to be working with UserCentric.

“The introduction of UserCentric with ConnectWise 2015.5 is a natural step in the development of the ConnectWise business management platform to meet the demands of the growing technology services marketplace,” Fulton said. “We are passionate about the success of our partner community, and we look forward to continuing to equip them with the tools they need to provide exceptional services to their customers.”

UserCentric benefits from its own updates such as the Sleek Bill invoicing tool unveiled last year. This on-premises software can make it easy for security-minded companies to handle multiple styles of invoices and save time with simple navigation. Meanwhile, ConnectWise's integration with other financial software, such as the Acomba Accounting Suite, has allowed it to stay relevant in the IT market.

On the surface, ConnectWise offers tools for customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and business analytics—all to help businesses stay abreast of their daily operations. By partnering with UserCentric, existing and future clients will have the opportunity to automate even more aspects of their operations. ConnectWise will certainly hope to expand beyond its current base of approximately 6,000 clients across the globe.
