NACR Introduces Ovation Communications Management Suite

NACR, a leading global provider of communications services and solutions, recently announced the introduction of Ovation Communications Management, a new component of its acclaimed Ovation Managed Services portfolio of managed support. Ovation Communications Management helps businesses optimize their use of mobile technology, maximize network utilization and reduce the cost of telecommunications services while enhancing their overall business experience.

The Ovation Communications Management suite will be delivered by NACR in partnership with Calero Software, a leading provider of Enterprise Communications Lifecycle Management software, automation and services. It includes three managed support services.

Mobility Management is a unified platform with simple tools for managing access, security and lifecycles of all mobile devices in a customer's network. This ensures mobile applications are optimized and workforce productivity is maximized.

Expense Management is an arrangement of wireless and fixed-line telecommunications expense management software and services, intended to make certain of the best return on investment for customers with fixed and mobile communications services.

Usage Management is a tool with actionable usage and cost information to help improve the utilization and performance of networks. Customers are able to make better business decisions to improve financial accountability and operational efficiency.
