independenceIT's Cloud Workspace Suite Integrates with ConnectWise

By Miguel Leiva-Gomez

There's some really good news for users of independenceIT's Cloud Workspace Suite: It's now integrated with ConnectWise, a piece of software that allows technology companies to manage their support infrastructure. Because of this integration, value-added resellers, independent software vendors, and managed service providers.

Jim Lippie, CEO of independenceIT, relates to MSPs through his experience and wants to make sure they have the most seamless experience through his product possible. “As a former MSP, I know how important it is to have your mission critical tools integrate with your PSA, so we're very excited about offering ConnectWise and iIT partners the convenience of managing tickets for cloud and on premise deployments, all from the tool they use most – ConnectWise,” he said.

You'll find that ConnectWise has been intuitively connected to the Cloud Workspace Suite, allowing you to import support tickets and have them automatically appear within the suite, at the priority that you wish and with the status you'd like. Likewise, you can add employees as administrators and manage their permissions, rest their passwords, and on-board/off-board them with just a few clicks.

Jeannine Edwards, director of the ConnectWise Community, said, “We are excited our partners and their clients are now able to access iIT's Cloud Workspace. The benefits of this integration are simple, it enables partners to efficiently deploy and manage DaaS environments and compete in both the enterprise and SMB markets.”

Now, you can also import your clients through the dashboard, giving you access to them without having to enter ConnectWise. After you add a client, maybe you'd like to add a cloud workspace for them. This is possible through the provision options within the Cloud Workspace Suite.

With these two powerful tools at your disposal, your company will be empowered to perform more adequate services for your clients and there will be little room for failure.
