ConnectWise and independenceIT Continue Partner Push - by Hooking up with Each Other

Vendors that serve the MSP community have been on a partner roll, and ConnectWise and independenceIT (iIT) are two key cases in point. And just to drive home that notion, the two this week deepened their partnership with tight integration between ConnectWise service management the virtual application and desktop tool from independenceIT.

Now MSPs can sell a fully integrated service management/virtual desktop solution.

“The benefits of this integration are simple; it enables partners to efficiently deploy and manage DaaS environments and compete in both the enterprise and SMB markets,” argued Jeannine Edwards, Director, ConnectWise Community.

iIT was founded by MSPs who appreciate the value of integrated solutions that solve a broader breadth of problems.

“As a former MSP, I know how important it is to have your mission critical tools integrate with your PSA, so we’re very excited about offering ConnectWise and iIT partners the convenience of managing tickets for cloud and on premise deployments, all from the tool they use most -- ConnectWise,” noted Jim Lippie, CEO of independenceIT.

The ConnectWise Partner Story

ConnectWise has truly been on a partner roll. Not long ago it built a strategic partnership with LabTech Software to combine service management and remote monitoring and management (RMM) into one integrated offering.

iIT Partners Likewise Abound

In similar partner news, iIT struck a deal with Artisan Infrastructure to blend that company’s IaaS with the iIT virtual desktop.

Under the deal, MSPs can white label both the iIT Suite virtual desktop and Artisan’s wholesale IaaS, and sell it all as a single offering.

That is just one of many iIT deals. For instance, the latest version of iIT’s Cloud Workspace also supports N-able for RMM and service automation. Not to be left out, iIT also works with Autotask for service desk, project management, tech scheduling, billing and reporting, and customer relationship management (CRM).
