Redknee Signs $1 Million Subscriber Management Services Contract with Multi-Play Service Provider in EMEA

By Laura Stotler

Redknee Solutions, Inc. has signed a deal to provide professional services to a multi-play service provider in the EMEA region for more than a million dollars. The company, a provider of billing and charging software solutions for communications service providers, will help the new customer launch services more quickly as well as generate new revenue streams and offer a better multi-channel customer experience.

Redknee offers a variety of professional services including managed services and solution delivery, counsel, and education and training. The services complement the company's varied portfolio of billing, charging, customer care and policy solutions, all geared toward communications service providers.

The new multi-play customer will rely heavily on the performance and quality of Redknee's billing and charging engine to provide personalized, value-added services to its more than 20 million customers. Redknee's monetization and subscriber management solutions are also used by mobile network operators, MVNE/Os and other types of service providers throughout the world.

Solutions are available as cloud-based, on-premise or Software-as-a-Service offerings. They provide a 360-degree view of customers' usage and preferences, from activation all the way to provisioning. Offerings may also be integrated with third-party social media sites, which give end users self-care tools as well as the option to pay for services on the go.

"This deal, worth more than a million dollars, with an acquired customer, demonstrates our expertise and ongoing commitment to support our communications service provider customers to manage risk, reduce time to market and maximize return on their network investment," said Lucas Skoczkowski, CEO of Redknee. "As one of the largest independent real-time monetization and subscriber management software companies for the telecom market, we will continue to invest in highly scalable and flexible monetization and subscriber management solutions to enable service providers to increase revenues, grow profitability and advance the customer experience."
