Oregon MSP Network Redux Opens Office in India

Portland, Oregon, managed service provider (MSP) Network Redux is making an effort to reach the Asian and Middle Eastern markets with the opening of a new office in Kochi, India. The new location (formerly known as Cochin) will enable to company to offer enhanced customer service to its global customers as well as pursue new clients in the region.

The MSP plans to strengthen its response to client IT requests of any level of severity on a 24/7 basis thanks to the new location. It will be led by the company's director and lead system architect, Sujith Mohan, who has 10 years of experience in the managed services sector.

The location in India is the third customer support location for Network Redux, which also has a satellite office in Ontario. The new office is part of a strategic development plan for the MSP in which it plans to increase the quality and reach of its services. The Kochi office includes six data center and network engineers, systems architects and system administrators.

"Adding an office in India to our existing facilities in Portland, Ore., and Ontario amplifies our ability to respond to clients' needs at any time, regardless of location or time zone," said Thomas Brenneke, president and founder of Network Redux. "The Kochi office also provides access to a pool of extremely talented and experienced engineers in a city with a high quality of life - a resource we intend to draw upon further as we continue to grow our operations. In addition to improving the service we're able to offer existing clients, the team in Kochi will help us acquire new customers in the Middle East and Asia."

Network Redux offers a variety of managed IT services, including development, deployment and management of virtual environments. The company handles virtual services along with complex enterprise platforms and private clouds, including data and security infrastructures. The MSP has a global content delivery network throughout the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. Services are Linux-based, and offer transparency, open sourcing and a Tier-1 infrastructure owned and managed by Network Redux.
