Core Services Enters Multi-Year Oracle Remote Managed Services Agreement with Krames Staywell

By Laura Stotler

Core Services Corporation has entered into a multi-year Oracle Remote Managed Services partnership with Krames Staywell. Core Services is an Oracle Platinum Partner as well as an OAUG Three Star Partner.

The company provides expert Oracle Applications implementation, development and support to clients throughout the world. Services are provided through hosting, cloud solutions and consulting, and Core Services is also authorized to sell and service Oracle Applications, using Oracle's Business Accelerators.

Krames Staywell will be using Core Services for outsourced database administration (DBA). The company is a provider of patient education, consumer health information and population health management communications. Krames Staywell strives to offer best-in-class health communication solutions that integrate print, interactive and mobile formats. The company uses multiple touch points to attract and retain customers as well as improve health outcomes and lower costs.

"We look forward to establishing a strategic partnership with Krames StayWell's team, as we take great pride in our ability to achieve outcomes that exceed client expectations," said Jim Bistis, president and CEO of Core Services. "Core Services is dedicated to providing superior services to technologically savvy clients by developing intelligent solutions for their unique needs. Additionally, our client-centric culture is ingrained whereby meeting client expectations is essential to provide clients with the peace of mind they deserve."

"We have been supporting our Oracle EBS environment using internal resources and outside consultants for years," added a Krames StayWell representative. "However, it has been a challenge to obtain quality database administrators at a reasonable price. We decided to outsource our DBA services to Core Services because they offered resources at a great value."

In addition to managed and remote DBA services, Core Services offers third-party business operations solutions, information systems, disaster recovery services and a variety of Oracle consulting, business intelligence and cloud solutions. The company also provides hosting services for the Oracle E-Business Suite, R12 implementations and upgrades, and backup services using replication from client to core data centers.
