Integration Partners Adds Monitoring to MSP Line

Integration Partners Adds Monitoring to MSP Line

By Doug Barney

Integration Partners may have a full set of voice and data networking solutions and expertise, but it didn’t have enough cloud-based IT monitoring. That is until Zyrion, Inc. showed up, and agreed to lend its services to bolster Integration’s network services and unified communications offerings.

Lexington, MA.-based Integration is focused on the Northeast United States, and largely handles Unified Communications installations and services. Key partners include Avaya with an array of telephony gear including IP-ready PBXes, Microsoft with its Lync Unified Communications software, and Juniper which offers high-end networking hardware.

Other partners include CheckPoint, Aruba Networks, Dell, IBM, F5, Juniper, Radware and Riverbed.

Besides unified communications, Integration offers data centers services, including green data centers and optimized application delivery; wireless including LAN to LAN and building to building connections; security including firewalls and access control; network management including central management and provisioning of global policies; and finally virtualization in the form of using virtualization to scale down through consolidation.

Zyrion will add value to the existing CERTAINTY set of managed offerings from Integration Partners, which already include management and monitoring features. CERTAINTY includes hosted voice, security, desktop and infrastructure. The portfolio also offers monitoring and reporting as well as managed private clouds that are managed and monitored by Integration.

Another area is business enabled applications, which in the hands of Integration includes a good measure of unified communications. Applications include interactive voice response, contact center and communications enabled applications that are enhanced with integrated instant messaging, text and e-mail.

"Our existing product was at its limits, and we were looking for a software solution that could scale and provide the same level of enterprise monitoring that they would get from an internal solution," remarked Mike Ciano, Director of Managed Services at Integration Partners. "We have migrated thousands of devices to Zyrion's product in the short time since we selected their product, and today we are offering monitoring solutions for the hybrid cloud, VoIP and data networking environments."

Zyrion has been working the analyst circuit and has strong testimonials from analysts at Gartner, EMA, Forrester and 451 Research.
