Exostar Now Using Gemalto's Provita Cloud Confirm Solutions

Gemalto, which offers digital security solutions, has announced that its Provita Cloud Authentication Solutions are being used by Exostar to help secure its cloud applications. Now, the cloud-based identity hubs for aerospace and life sciences communities can be more securely maintained and protected.

IDProve one-time password (OTP) and the IDConfirm strong authentication servers are included in Gamlato’s Provita Cloud solutions.

Exostar’s Identity Hubs provide an environment that only needs to be connected to once. It allows companies and their partners, supplies and clients to conduct business practices with ease and turn up positive results.

Exostar also delivers a one-time sign-on user experience and controlled access to applications, in addition to its identity management services.

Exostar’s Identity Hubs currently support more than 300,000 individuals and organizations located in almost 100 countries worldwide. The Provita Cloud Authentication Solution allows Exostar to augment its strong authentication options, which includes Government-compliant hardware and software digital certificates with OTP tokens, according to a Businesswire.

Exostar may now program, support and provision all OTP tokens on the premesis.

They also require the certainty that their sensitive information and intellectual property are protected at all times,” said Vijay Takanti, Exostar’s vice president of Security and Collaboration Solutions.

Their customers are increasingly demanding stronger authentication access controls. He also added that by adding the OTP solution from Gemalto to their arsenal, they are reinforcing their objective of enabling their customers to reduce risk, collaborate securely and confidently, and increase agility throughout their communities.

Gemalto sees annual revenue of over $2.5 billion dollars and more than 10,000 employees operating out of 74 offices and 14 Research and Development centers in 43 countries. Gemalto develops secure software and products, designed and personalized to offer trusted and convenient digital services to billions of individuals.
