Randstad Sourceright Launches New Shared Services Center in Budapest

By Laura Stotler

A new Shared Services Center has been launched by Randstad Sourceright in Budapest, Hungary. The global talent solutions company has unveiled the center to meet the growing demand for its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) offerings in the EMEA region, as well as to enrich services for existing clients in the area.

The new center leverages Sourceright's RPO expertise and provides a central team of sourcing specialists and multi-lingual recruiters. This offers clients an advantage in competing for talent via unique approaches to sourcing and candidate engagement. It is being led by Marc van den Bergh, director of operations and service delivery for EMEA for Randstad Sourceright.

The Hungary delivery hub is the latest addition to the company's 10 Shared Service Centers throughout the world. Other locations include the U.S., Canada, U.K., India, China, Philippines, Malaysia and Australia. The new location also enables Randstad Sourceright to expand its leadership team by adding sourcing expert and industry thought leaders.

New members of the team include Balazs Paroczay, who will act as leader of the Sourcing and Recruitment Center of Expertise within EMEA. He will use his expertise to propel sourcing innovation as well as help drive business impact for Sourceright RPO clients.

"The Shared Services Center will bring added value to our RPO solutions for clients in EMEA by expanding regional delivery resources and expertise," said Ron Bosma, director of Randstad Sourceright EMEA. "As we unveil this center and strategically expand both our global footprint and leadership team, Randstad Sourceright will continue to drive the industry innovation and highest levels of customer support that differentiate us as the go-to RPO solutions provider around the world."

"I'm truly excited to be joining Randstad Sourceright in this time of tremendous growth for RPO in EMEA," said Paroczay. "Through our extensive global resources and local labor market expertise, we are applying the next generation of effective sourcing strategies to discover and secure the critical talent our clients need to grow and succeed in a competitive business environment."
