A new hosting and colocation partnership has been announced between Datagram and @Radical Media, a transmedia company that works in a variety of media verticals. @Radical Media will take advantage of a variety of solutions from Datagram, including managed server hosting, colocation and Internet access.
The media company will also utilize high-level network operations, maintenance and configuration services from Datagram. The partnership helps @Radical support all facets of its customers' rich media requirements, and Datagram will act as an extension of the media company's high-level network operations team as part of the deal.
Through the partnership, Datagram will be providing increased bandwidth for speed as well as resilient connectivity for high availability, which will also enable dedicated and focused client support. The Datagram network is based in New York City with footprints in CT, NJ and CA to create endless global peering options. In addition to hosting and colocation services, Datagram provides data backup and disaster recovery solutions through its portfolio of managed services.
@Radical will benefit from the new managed services, which free up the company's internal operations team to focus on core initiatives. The company specializes in creating innovative content across all platforms of media, including advertising, television, feature films, music programming, live events and digital content and design. @Radical has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Sydney, London and Shanghai.
"Datagram provides @Radical Media with high-volume bandwidth connectivity and reliable Internet access across multiple locations on each coast -- New York City and LA," said Alexander J. Reppen, CEO of Datagram. "When you are serving customers like @Radical Media whose needs are ever-changing, it's important to reflect that same flexibility in your service offerings.
