EFI Using CallidusCloud SaaS Solution to Drive Sales

Printing and digital imaging solutions company, EFI has chosen the CallidusCloud CPQ solution from Callidus Software Inc. to help drive sales. The Configure Price Quote cloud solution from CallidusCloud will be used to help EFI's sales force improve the product selection and quoting process.

CallidusCloud will help EFI's team to focus on increasing their cross-sell and upsell capabilities across their entire product range. The solution is also expected to help drive significant revenue growth for 2013. The companies finalized the agreement in the fourth quarter of 2012.

The CPQ solution from CallidusCloud offers a 100-percent, multi-tenant, SaaS deal maximizer as well as a deal accelerator. The offering is designed to simplify and accelerate the sale of a variety of products and services. It only requires a browser for use, enabling users to easily and quickly configure, price, quote, propose and sell their products and services.

The offering also helps boost sales for customers via faster and more accurate quotes. Additional features include collaborative-based selling and increased profit margins across companies. The solution may be scaled to facilitate anything from simple product catalogs to complex, multi-channel sales networks.

CallidusCloud's solutions are used by more than 1,500 organizations in a variety of industries. The cloud offerings are designed to work from the back office to the field, as well as with desktop and mobile deployments. Solutions are used by small to large-sized enterprises throughout the world with the goal of quicker hiring, better marketing and selling and simplified learning.

EFI will take advantage of the solution to help boost its portfolio of analog and digital imaging products and services. The company offers everything from digital front-end servers to specialized, wide-format label and ceramic inkjet presses and inks. EFI also specializes in production workflow, Web to print and business automation software, serving the enterprise with premise-based and mobile cloud solutions.
