TODO1 Selects StraTech to Provide Dell Technical Support

StraTech is a certified Dell (News - Alert) premier partner and serves all customer segments with a focus on storage and servers. It also serves Dell KACE Systems Management Appliances, a part of Dell's Efficient Enterprise family of products. Recently, TODO1, an online banking and e-services company has picked up StraTech to provide Dell technical support. StraTech can offer single-source accountability, contract consolidation, and cost efficiency for Dell products since the company is a member of Dell's Customer Appointed Service Provider (CASP) program. StraTech's service contract includes on-site technical services and 24/7 support.

RealVu is also a customer of StraTech's RapidAlert, a monitoring service that effectively identifies future problems and provides high availability and optimal performance for IT infrastructure.
