Informatica Corporation Unveils Latest Version of Informatica Cloud


Informatica Corporation stated that the new Informatica Cloud Spring 2012 release unveils the new Developer Edition to help users quickly integrate their data with the cloud.

Informatica claimed that the Informatica Cloud delivers the industry’s most comprehensive cloud integration platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offering, including a Cloud Connector Toolkit and Cloud Integration Templates. It also boasts purpose-built cloud integration services and advanced features designed specifically for mission-critical deployments.

By employing the Developer Edition of Informatica Cloud one can seamlessly blend end-user customizable integration logic and connectivity into cloud applications through the solution’s cloud connector toolkit and dynamic cloud integration templates.

The enterprise-class Java API, one of the unique features of the cloud connector toolkit, fosters cloud connectors for cloud or on-premise applications and platforms quickly and effortlessly. Developers can also rapidly package and deploy a connector to Informatica Marketplace, including Eloqua, LinkedIn (News - Alert), Microsoft Dynamics GP, Salesforce Chatter, Twitter, Yammer and Zuora for consumption or a private Informatica Cloud repository.

With Cloud Integration Templates of Informatica Cloud Spring 2012, developers can enable end-users to integrate data into apps by offering them custom integration user-interface that use of pre-defined Integration templates and a RESTful API for constructing these templates; tools to build newer Cloud Integration Templates including the ability to publish them on the Informatica Marketplace; and out-of-the-box integration templates for integrating data across commonly used objects and entities.
