NetIQ Rolls Out Cloud Manager 2.0 for MSPs

Now more than ever IT managers are being tasked with aligning IT assets with business priorities. A converging trend is that IT managers are looking to managed service providers to help optimize existing IT investments while also meeting the needs of business users.

With this notion in mind, cloud provider NetIQ (News - Alert) is rolling out its NetIQ Cloud Manager 2.0, a platform that helps service providers grant their clients the ability to manage service demands based on the cloud model of their choice.

He said that NetIQ Cloud Manager 2.0 gives his company the business platform and the streamlined user experience needed to support a scalable, managed and controlled cloud that enables businesses to use the cloud infrastructure of their choice – whether it’s public, private, or hybrid, on multiple hypervisor platforms.

IT needs to be in a position to quickly accommodate the demands of today’s business users who expect seamless, automated, on-demand delivery of IT services across all devices, and without breaking existing delivery models or their teams, according to Tom Cecere, director, Product Management, Cloud Solutions at NetIQ.
