dinCloud Selects Asankya to Accelerate Cloud Storage Services


Los Angeles, CA (News - Alert), based dinCloud has selected Asankya, an application delivery expert for network-intensive applications,  to accelerate cloud storage services. 

dinCloud delivers a suite of Cloud based services for Cloud Storage and Hosted Virtual Desktops, among other services.

The company was challenged by latency and middle-mile Internet bottlenecks that result in very slow transfers of large media.

This negatively impacted customer satifsaction but now with the use of Asankya's RAPID solution, dinCloud has significantly increased the throughput of file transfers and delivered a superior cloud storage environment.

dinCloud is also leveraging Asankya's (News - Alert) ability to accelerate encrypted traffic to maintain its application security without complex layers of connectivity.

In December 2010, Asankya, announced the issuance by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office of a patent for network monitoring which allows for greater efficiency and flexibility in capturing network traffic information.
